Store Credit

When we've received your return and given it a good looking over, we will send you an email to let you know we've got your Swag. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Upon approval, your store credit will be processed, and a notification of this available credit will be emailed to you.


Exchanges

Whilst we stand by the quality of each and every one of our garments we do understand that from time to time mishaps happen and products can arrive damaged or in rare cases faulty.

If this happens contact us with 48 hours of receipt and we'll arrange a full replacement.  Contact us at ahoy@swagboxers.com.au

Alternatively you might want to exchange your product for another of the same value. We do however reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
