Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

AUSTRALIA NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Shipping costs & processing time

Orders over $60 ship free! We offer a flat $10 standard or $15 Express shipping charge for any orders under $60.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Shipping costs & processing time

Orders over $60 ship free! We offer a flat $20 standard or $25 Express shipping charge for any orders under $60.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

As of now we only ship to Australian and New Zealand customers. When we are able to ship to the rest of the world you will find our international shipping policy here.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Our policy is one of 30 days. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately your ship has sailed and we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For us to accept returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If purchasing more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened.

Unfortunately, any of our products that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. Plus outside of Japan there isn't much of a market for second hand undies.

If it turns out you've ordered multiple pairs of the wrong size, we can't cover the cost of returns, but are working on looking at how we can try to offer this down the track.
To complete your return, send your goods to our return address warehouse at:

and send an email to ahoy@swagboxers.com.au with your name and orders details and reason for return.


Refunds

When we've received your return and given it a good looking over, we will send you an email to let you know we've got your Swag. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as the payment systems allow this to happen.

Exchanges

Whilst we stand by the quality of each and every one of our garments we do understand that from time to time mishaps happen and products can arrive damaged or in rare cases faulty.

If this happens contact us with 48 hours of receipt and we'll arrange a full replacement.  Contact us at ahoy@swagboxers.com.au

Alternatively you might want to exchange your product for another of the same value. We do however reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
