Terms and Conditions: Looney Tunes Giveaway

Competition 1: GIVEAWAY #1 - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Competition is open to all customers of SWAG Boxers AUS who make a purchase of $60 or more on the official website www.swagboxers.com.au from the 21st of September, 2023, until the closing date on October 5th, 2023.  Eligible participants must also be following both Instagram and Facebook pages: @swagboxers_aus. 

How to Enter: To enter the Major Prize Giveaway, eligible participants must make a purchase of $60 or more online during the specified contest period.

Prizes: The Major Prize includes:

• 1 Loungefly X Looney Tunes Backpack
• 1 Loungefly X Looney Tunes Wallet
• 1 custom personalized Tune Squad SWAG Tee
• The entire Looney Tunes Premium Sport Sock Collection

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their order to discuss personalisation options for the SWAG Tee, including name and number preferences, as well as color preference for the tee.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email within 3 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

Personal Data: By participating in the competition, entrants agree to the use of their personal data for the purpose of this competition and marketing communications from SWAG.

General Terms: The Major Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. SWAG reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without notice. Employees of SWAG and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competition 2: GIVEAWAY #2 - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Competition is open to all customers of SWAG who purchase any pair of SWAG X Looney Tunes socks or boxers on the official website www.swagboxers.com.au from the 21st of September, 2023, until further notice. Eligible participants must also be following both Instagram and Facebook pages: @swagboxers_aus. 

How to Enter: To enter the Golden Ticket Prize Draw, eligible participants must purchase SWAG X Looney Tunes socks or boxers on the official website during the contest period. All Golden Ticket Prizes will be added to orders without notification to the winners. 

Prizes: There will be 9 winners selected at random.

Golden Ticket Prizes include:

• 3 Loungefly X Looney Tunes Wallets
• 3 Loungefly X Looney Tunes Backpacks
• 3 Limited Edition (Size L) SWAG X Looney Tunes Space Jam Tees

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. Winners will not have a choice of which prize they receive; they will simply find their Golden Ticket Prize in their order if selected.
